Thanks for signing up to my newsletter!  But wait- you’re not actually on it yet.

Check your inbox for the confirmation email I sent you. You’ll need to open that email and click the confirmation button to verify your email address before you’re actually added to the mailing list.  This is a security measure to prevent spammers from signing you up to newsletters you don’t want.

Use Gmail? If my email is in your “Promotions” tab, just drag it into your “Primary” folder so you always see your newsletter.

If you don’t receive my email within the next hour, check your spam folder.  If it’s not there, you probably mispelled it- try entering it again.

    I am beyond frustrated. I have binge eating disorder and need to lose at least 50 pounds to reach a healthy BMI. But I am encouraged by your monitoring, journaling spreadsheet and am starting it today! Thank you for the hope. Also, I am starting a minihabit of walking on the treadmill 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week, just to create a habit.

    1. Sound good Caroline! Keep using the spreadsheet and track when you binge to find out what tends to trigger it. If you know it’s a certain emotion- like anxiety- you might want to re-label the mood column to specifically be about that particular emotion.

  3. I’ve applied your habit changing protocol to 2 habits- crossing my legs (hurts my hip) and better hygiene, The habits are being restructured now and are more easily doable. Thank you for the Highbrow class,. I started with small habits and want to move on to some old challenges – weight loss – AGAIN!
