Here’s a Quick, Fun Home Workout

I’ve been keeping it simple lately. Here’s a workout I’ve done a few times in the last couple weeks.

A) Do as many pushups as you can in one set. If you can’t do at least ten, do knee pushups.

B) Do as many dumbbell rows as you can in one set.

C) Do a plank and hold it for as long as possible

Rest 30-60 seconds, then do A, B and C all over again.

After that, take a walk. At least a mile, at least twenty minutes, but as long as you want.

After you get home, do A, B and C one more time.

That’s it. Takes only five minutes not including the walk, it’s enough to maintain some strength and stamina and stave off weight gain, and it’s fun and easy. I do harder workouts too, but don’t discount the value of simple stuff like this.
