Welcome to the fifth and final part of Bursting with Energy.  In this module, we’ll be taking a closer look at your evening routines, habits and home environment to ensure that you get as much high-quality sleep as you need every night.  We’ll also be talking about how to de-stress at night, and you’ll be designing an evening routine to make it easy for you to wind down, relax, and get to sleep every night.
