Welcome to Module 3.  In this part of the course, we’ll be looking at your meals- what to eat, how to eat, and what to do before and after your meals to ensure that each meal gives you long-lasting, steady energy levels.  You’ll also be figuring out exactly what you should be eating for lunch in order to maintain high energy throughout your afternoons.
