The most common fitness complaint I hear is that people don't have the energy to work out. The second and third most common complaints are lack of motivation and lack of time- which really just mean lack of energy too. Here are a few things I've learned:
First off, when you fix the causes of your low energy, you fix almost everything else. Fat melts off, muscles grow, you feel great, and you get more done throughout the day.
Second, most people can't even tell what they're doing wrong. That's why it's so important to learn the right things to measure, and exactly how to measure them.
Third, all of this comes down to just a few keystone habits. Change these habits, and everything else falls into place.
